World No. 28 Travis Logie (Durban) (pictured) was the only South African to win his heat in the Mens Round of 96 at the Mr Price Pro this morning. Logie defeated Shaun Ward (USA) and Clinton Gravett (Durban) to advance with Aritz Aranburu (ESP) into the Round of 48 which starts tomorrow.

Mr Price Team Rider Gary van Wierengen is the first surfer from the trials to secure himself a position in the Round of 192 in the 2007 Mr Price Pro. We caught up with him after his final trials heat, which he blasted apart with two excellent rides of 8.00 and 7.83.
