Ballito, Kwazulu Natal - Wednesday June 19, 2013 - With just under two weeks to go until the ASP Prime Mr Price Pro Ballito, the South African contingent are directing their focus on the hollow waves of Willard’s Beach as they prepare to take on the 88 internationals in this year’s R2.5 Million event.

Defending Mr Price Pro Champion, Glen Hall of Australia, has withdrawn from the Mr Price Pro Ballito due to a severe spinal injury sustained surfing the Restaurants surf break off Tavarua Island during the Volcom Fiji Pro this week.

South Africa’s premier surfing event, the ASP Prime Mr Price Pro Ballito, has once again attracted the crème of international professional surfing with 18 of the Top 32 surfers in the world entered into this year’s R2.5 Million event.

Mr Price will this year offer worldwide access to it’s ASP Prime rated Mr Price Pro Ballito event thanks to a new and improved webcast, giving viewers the opportunity to experience the thrill of South Africa’s premier surfing event, from the comfort of their own homes.
